Do you know this saddle

Posting this for a friend who purchased a saddle with the following marks:
    Hand Made by W. Gulley  800 and has a sort of
'brand' that looks like a two capital R's back to back (one facing left
and one right)  with a rearing horse in the middle.

She is not sure if it is an endurance type saddle, someone told her it was
a "packer" saddle.

I would appreciate any information.  Thanks
