Do human conditioning methods apply directly to equine?  Do we know this to 
be a fact or is this something that has just been accepted over the 
years?  I know we used to think we should feed horses like we feed humans 
who run, but that turns out not to be the optimal way.  So what's the real 
story on conditioning humans vs equines?  I think my Mars must be in 
Oakland these past few days because I feel rather contrary and unwilling to 
just accept things because that's what everyone says.
