Hi - I used these for training this summer. They are
easy to get on and off. They are a little clunky but
didn't seem to be a problem, though we didn't do more
than walk and trot. The biggest problem I had with
them was that sand and gravel would work down into
them and irritate the hair line and heel bulbs. I had
to take them off and shake them out frequently. I rode
in a lot of sand/gravel washes though - might not be a
problem otherwise.
