The cable clipper by Double K is actually designed for horse grooming.  The motor is housed in a compact case (4"X 6") and maybe weighs a total of three pounds.  It can be strapped to your belt and the cable does not touch the floor (it's about 3-4 ft long).  You can also view it at the New England Serum Website.  They sell the same Double K version, but for dog grooming.  I recommend the model for horse clipping specifically for its belt attachment.
