Hi Steve: Oh sure we need more rules! Maybe a tape measure to make sure 
water is exactly between point A and point B. AERC has a Ride Managers 
Committee that take care of things like this. I have never been on a Ride 
that didn't have adequate water since 1973. Like Cora said any Ride that 
does not have enough water at reasonable distances will no longer be heard 
of. Leave well enough alone. We certainly don't need outside organizations 
dictating OUR Rules. Bye Hope
