I had AAA Plus for 2 days when my drive shaft fell out on my way to a ride
and I blocked a major freeway in rush hour traffic.  A tow truck came but
was too small to tow my rig but he did take me off the highway and park me
under a tree at a restaurant.  He then hooked up my Ford one ton truck and
camper and took my boyfriend with him and drove the whole rig to my
mechanic in San Jose, stopped at  a Jack in the Box for food and then
dropped my boyfriend off at home.

Meanwhile another two truck that he had called came and hooked onto my
horse trailer, drove me and the mule back to the ranch, waited while I put
her away, parked my trailer and then took me home.

This happened about 85 miles from my house.  The plus program was really
new then and they weren't sure about charges, but charged me $125.00 total
which I was more than happy to pay.

I am sure AAA plus covers horse trailers.  They did mine.   I can find out
more, because I do actually work for AAA lawyers.  Check their website
though....
