Anthrax.. don't rush out for a vaccination

I thought I read something un -pleasant about the anthrax
vaccine, so I looked it up...
Most of the military prior to Desert Storm were required to
get the 3-series vaccine shots.  Some enlisted personnel refused,
as it's efficacy is unproven and adverse side-effects can be
numerous.  The vaccine used is now being implicated in Desert
Storm Syndrome...which has afflicted alot of veterans.

There also seems to be two versions of the bacteria
one which is contracted from meat, horn and hair of a contaminated
animal, and the other which is suspected in biological warefare
and is more of a straight toxin.

I don't think there's a vaccine out there for the general population... or
our animals, and even if there were..you might want to think twice anyway
after reading the gov't reports on the
service personnel's side effects.
