yes  - it is called fast-set from vettec  they make the vettec
equithane hoof-pack and hoof-build

i am testing it  or planning on trying it on one of mine that is not
in competition  .. it may also work well to glue on the easy boot. i
like the idea of the cut off heel strap -- gotta try that one.
