Pain killer of choice?

My personal choice for pain relief is ibuprofin (under any name).  It not 
only relieves pain, but can help with stiffness.  I take it before any ride 
where I think I'm going to overwork myself, almost as a preventative.  I 
affectionately call it "vitamin I".
