I agree with you 100%, Angie. Make sure you have all the facts before
forming a lynch mob.
I had rode an arabian gelding 2 years ago, at his first two 50's (after 3
years of LSD and CTR's) he placed top 3 at both , he was a natural, low
pulses good paces never a stiff muscle after a ride. He slipped on wet
ground in the paddock, before ever doing a third ride, and broke his back, I
had no choice but to put him to sleep.
I have been riding my mare for 2 years now and I still hear sniggers behind
my back at rides that "there goes that girl that rode her horse into the
ground, placed top ten at his first two 50's and now he's dead!!" little do
these people know how much this hurts as I would give anything to have this
horse back even if it meant never doing another ride again!!!!
