Well I wasn't there but I sure heard about it..   I am appalled that the ride 
manager reacted this way to such an incident.  Yet I am not surprised.  I too 
was involved in an expeience when my horse BOB was knocked to his knees by 
impatient riders on a 1 track.  They too had been warned.  They also knocked 
another rider almost off her horse and literally out of one of her shoes.  
Yet the ride manager turned her back on me when I reported it.  Appartently 
she felt it was "unintentional"  and stated such.  Remember all s+&%t rolls
