    I don't feel there is much aggravation about the $10. non-membership
fee.  The system works easy this way.
    As to those riders not wanting to join in on any level of commitment I
can't respond to that.  We recruit about 40 new riders a year to the AERC, so
we don't seem to have the same problems or maybe the same exposure here.
