Isn't Patagonia still making the same tights?  Are they available online,
maybe through REI?

If not that, Evelyn from Horsin' Around still makes *wonderful* tights to
your measurements.  I'll bet anything she could work with you to make them
to your specifications.  She's great to work with, gets 'em out when she
says she's going to and the workmanship is excellent.  I just adore her.
