Underage Horse

E. All of the above! (Whatever it takes)

It takes moral courage to tell someone they're messing
up, but I think it also takes a level of
responsibility. And I admit that it's easier said than
done. They'll probably get upset, but, gee, that's too
bad. Anyway, I feel you kind of owe it to them to
remind them of the rules, and then (if necessary)
notify whomever it takes to prevent the violation from
taking place and saving horse and rider both from
trouble, injury or death. Y'see, by knowing about it,
you've been made responsible for the the two kids
involved (2-legger and 4-legger). Sigh.

Of course, if they're reading Ridecamp, they all ready
know what's up. Makes it easier to say "You realize
what your doing and the position you've put me in,
don't you?"

My 2 cents, anyway.
