That's weird. We were originally told we had to represent our horses 2
hours after their completion so the vets could inspect them to be sure
they had *not* received any treatment back at the trailer which would
cause them to be eliminated. The thought of having to crawl out of bed
at 3:30 to go back down there was awful. Fortunately Ray Randall decided
to cancel it. Our FEI steward who had been on the conservative side
interpreting rules the night before the ride cheerfully approved. I
think he'd only been afraid he'd do something wrong himself.
