The recipe I have for Avon Skin So Soft fly spray is:

1 Cup Avon Skin So Soft
2 Cups white vinegar
1 to 3 cups water
1 Tablespoon Eucalyptus or Citronella oil

Mix together and put in water sprayer.

3 Cups of water for just keeping flies away.
2 Cup of water helps repel ticks, particularly if sprayed liberally on the
top of the mane and tail area.
