Re: RC: Problem with stall walking mare



I forget the difference in bale size from the east coast to the west coast.  
When talking to someone else who commented about flakes size, I realized 
that we need to say pounds, not flakes.  My bales average 50 - 55 lbs, so I 
feed between 25 - 35 lbs a day of hay, depending on the size of my horse.  
We have friends in Nevada and their bales of hay are around 120 lbs.
