Re: "time" to ride

I discovered that when I was horribly tired after work, that if I drug
myself out to ride, that I felt much less tired when I returned from riding
as I felt just so good for getting out and getting on my horse. Louise
Fortunately I am now retired and if the body holds up I can ride all I want
to.
