No, you don't even get two throws if you have two horses that finished in the 
top ten in your region, or if they were both top 5 (or whatever you region 
went to) in your weight division.  A major pet peeve that I have voiced 
repetitively.  Nicki Young finished two horses in the featherweight division 
and both also were top 10 overall, one throw.  Last year she did the same, 
one vest.
