I got one at the convention last year, don't remember from which vendor.  It 
is polar fleece on the inside, and a slick fabric that probably sheds water 
(don't know, haven't used it inthe rain) on top.  it attaches to the back 
rings on the saddle mwith velcro fasteners, also has a tail strap like a 
crupper, and has strings that tie to the billet straps.  It's pretty secure.  
It also covers quite a way down the horses' sides.  And it rolls up and 
fastens to the back of the saddle when it's not needed.  Great product.  jeri
