Painted horses

Well, Ride Management, such as we are, took it under consideration to go
with lipstick as being nontoxic and probably overall the cheapest
alternative. I've been instructed to go out and procure a box of cheap
bright red lipstick (this is Very cheap here) for marking. The consensus
among the female contingent was that the cheaper the lipstick and louder the
color, the longer it would stay on.  Thanks for the help.
