Re: New Born Foals



Hi Becky
That is what we got from the article also. Our Vet has in prior years sold us the shots with instructions to give the shot to each foal within days of birth. This article indicates that this is not necessary. Wait until foal is weaned and give shots when they are normally given. As many as we are going to have this year it would save a few bucks if we did not give the shots when they are foaled.
