re:Sportsaddle Question

A Saddle pad for a Sportsaddle shouldn't be that much of an issue
unless you are a heavyweight rider. I've heard the only riders
whose horses get sore backs with S.S. are the heavyweights who
ride heavy in the saddle. Personally, I use a woolback pad with
Equalizer inserts, because I do mostly 100's and I want to
increase shock absorption for myself and the horse. The woolback
is long lasting and easy to wash. Wool is the best thing heat-
wise on a horse's back too.
