Indeed it is. And I do have another one, much longer (~ 1km or 0,6 miles) and also
gradually getting steeper to the end. Here Ninja gets more time between the heats
because I have to get down to the bottom. It's something around 15 minutes.

Thanks for that input. I'll try to stay at the top and have a look what happens.
As far as I can remember the time before my newer HRM, we waited less than a
minute to get him lower than 120. And at the beginning of this training (back in
1994) he was not so excited, so we can walk downhill and it took Ninja's hr  less
than 3 minutes to drop under 70!
