Back in the early 1980's I got this book "The Fit Racehorse" from somewhere (I do
NOT remember) and read it.  My first reaction was OH WOW!!!!  FINALLY a book that
talks about what REAL exercise physiology!!!  This guy is telling race horse
people (among whom I spent 5 years learning how stupid they are and how easy it
is to ruin horses) that they should, essentially, be doing what WE do (endurance)
before they start trying to make their horses go fast....

I loved it...could not put it down....

"The Fit Racehorse II" is the newer and updated version which Tom will tell you
is the result of MANY people trying what he said in the first book and telling
him how well it worked or did not work.

Get the book, mortgage your house.....I GUARANTEE it will be your bible or your
money back!!!!
