I can beat that!  Last weekend, up north of San Francisco where we live, I went jogging in the state forest, and was quite comfortable in  shorts and a tank top......
 
This is one of our great conditioning times of year......we can do lots of rides  on non-muddy trails and dirt roads, where the footing is just great.

We don't have to appreciate spring -- in the part of California where I
live it is always spring.  I rode today in cheap tights, tennies, t-shirt
and polarfleece shirt and at times was a little warm.  I can't even imagine
temperatures below 30 or so.  It was in the 60's today.
