yes, i found that website...someone else kindly posted it for me...i
called the number and the woman i spoke with said it sounds like i have
a kerry or a survival model. but i looked at pictures of those in the
catalog and it doesn't have the rear block like the survival or the
extended straighter flap like the kerry. i found the numbers 80291
stamped on the right billet cover flap and the numbers 30  5 on the left
flap. no style or model type stamped anywhere on the saddle. it does
have D rings in the front and back that look like they were there
originally. measuring from the button on the side of the pommel straight
to the center of the candle it measures 17"( thanks for that measuring
info Barbara. perhaps the 30  5 on the billet cover flap means tree
width?
anyway, sounds like i've got a nice saddle! thanks again for all the
