    Rules are VERY neccesary...How else are we gonna
protect some people from their own selves!!!
    Personally I would like to see a helmet rule for
everyone in both AERC and NATRC....and this is from a
former western rider who felt helmuts "looked silly"
and were too hot and cumbersome to ride in.
