Re: trailer trouble




Just a hint, Paula. I used to worry that my mare would strike her head as
she backed out of the trailer and I tried to hold onto the lead rope to
encourage her to keep her head down. WRONG!!!
My trainer friend told me that keeping pressure on the rope is what caused
her to raise it ever higher. As soon as I realized pressure on the rope, she
backed out perfectly smoothly and kept her head down.
