Regarding line-hoppers,  I've had that happen to me at a simple CTR  for no
reason other than a rude rider compensating for  bad planning.  I considered
those folks "jerked up by the hair of the head" instead of "raised (aka
reared, in colder climes) to be decent."  Is it time to try legislating
manners?  Has any ride manager tried the "take a number and wait your turn"
procedure, wherein you may waive your turn if you aren't ready on time?
