RC; No More Poor Saddle Fit (Impression Pad)

Lynda Townsend townsend.buggies.sleighs@qc.aibn
In response to a non flexable tree, true. A solid tree that does
not flex is most likely to dig in. Most of the saddles that I
tested were english, because this is a jumping and dressage area.
Most of the saddles being in excess of $3000 and the owners thinking
that becaused they paid alot the saddle would fit. Wrong.
We would try 3 or 4 saddles on the same horse, and the pressure
marks left on the pad were incredable. I have an orthoflex with
the real flexable panels, and I would put it on when we were finished
just to show them that you could get a fit, a real nice even pattern
on the pad, leaving no bare marks. If the orthoflex left a pressure
mark it could be shimmed to balance it out.
I'm not promoting orthoflex saddles, just the fact that this new
Impression Pad does not lie, and it will tell you more then you
ever wanted to know about saddle fit. We now have a fantastic
tool, that we all should be using it. You don't need to go to
clinics to see if your saddle fits, you can do it at home.
If you love your horse, and want to know all about how your saddle
fits. Get yourself an Impression Pad. It will be one of the best
investments that you will ever make. I can almost guarantee it.
You will probably be like me, and never leave home without it.
