USA Team

Dru elfs@c2i2.com
Hi All,
Hey about all the switching horses and riders etc.,
speaking from experience, you have to have been there. Riding
as a TEAM is so very different from riding as an individual at our home rides. This is a true TEAM effort, which of course is not just the horse and riders , but the whole support crews and others that operate at these events, especially the volunteers and family members. As long as the rules are being played properly, anything goes to make the show go on. I am sure the current TEAM and Individual riders are doing their darnedest to give us and the world a great competition, not to mention dealing with all the many other complications that can happen at a major event. It is very easy to take offense and get huffy about decisions made and actions taken (or not taken) during rides like this.It is my hope that our peers in the sport recognize what a great and expensive effort our riders over in France have gone through to get where they are (and of course the alternates, who work just as hard to get there too !!!)
Lets' give a cheer for the USA riders, ALL of them !!

Dru ( RAH, RAH, SIS BOOM BAH !!! GO USA !!)
