RC: neoprene in Winter

Hi - whatever sort of neoprene ortho-flex buys, it seems to be very
tough and long-lasting. I had the same neoprene girth from them for 9
years, and it never cracked or tore. I finally replaced it when the dog
chewed it and frayed the edges (it still didn't tear). I used it all
winter long for at least 6 of the 9 years.
