Oh, that is interesting.  Up here in the North Bay, Purina (I guess Mills)
is putting in big
fancy feed stores that they call "Americas Country Stores", took over or in
conjunction
with a former local feed store. Only feed products are purina.....

Hi Kathy, not sure if you were refering to me here, but just wanted to
clarify that I don't feed this stuff for roughage (these guys get free
choice grass hay and oat hay, and alfalfa once a day); and the
pellets and beet pulp are for added supplementation and fat.

Yep, that is the key!!  Mine get just about anything they will eat (except
sweet feed!)
I can't get LMF up here, but can get something called TDI, or Tizz Wizz
(which is too high protein)
