Actually, I didn't think Ti was saying that we weren't all those things, I 
took it as someone who is going to apply for this position... a lot of people 
think they want this type of job... then they get there and don't realize 
that it can be a 24 hour a day job
you have to totally dedicate your self to the position... and submit to the 
instruction of the trainers...regardless of how you THINK things should be 
done.  you have to be flexable and humble enough to realize that you don't 
know it all, and open to recieve from those who know what they want, and 
their plan to get there.
     Why is it that someone will always find something bad to say at every 
post that get written....  don't be so defensive people... I don't think that 
everyone is insinuating something is wrong with every word they write...I 
have never in my life seen so much taken out of context as it does on 
ridecamp.  Blessings Mona
