It's you!   Try rereading the post without your ego present.  Tom's 
reference to the average exercise rider, not needing to apply is probably
where you took exception .  Thier lack of dedication, horsemanship, and gray
matter pretty much describes jockeys, exercise riders, and some  race track
trainers.
I found the ad very entertaining, and if Mr. Ivers were to direct comments
at you, I am sure he would address you directly .  He is not known for being
shy.
