Getting the Word Out

In Florida we have a biweekly newspaper called Horse & Pony which is where I 
first heard of distance riding.  SEDRA submits their ride calendar including 
clinics and people to contact for information.  Jean Wonser is great about 
doing write-ups of rides with PHOTOS and Truman frequently contributes 
articles.  I belong to a club that is very active in trail development and 
plan to announce upcoming rides and clinics in their monthly newsletter as a 
number of members have expressed an interest in distance riding.
