Re: 25 mile ride



Excellent post, Sandy.  I can't believe this is being hashed over again!!! 
Sigh...oh well...I think Truman said that these ARE training rides for
"endurance" and run in that format (except the pulse down finish).  No
matter what a person's reason for riding LD, they deserve respect for being
out there with their horse whether it's because that is their limit or
because they are starting a horse in the sport.  BC should be recognized. 
Top ten should stand for BC just as it is in an endurance ride. What are
the rules for if not to be followed?  I think there should be some
consistency.  Judging EVERY horse for BC is simply not feasible or
reasonable to do.   Sheesh, people.
