Hmmm.  The last sideways spook horse I saw (a master at it) was a QH
crossed with something small.  They claimed mustang but this horse
came up from Mexico.  Doubt if there was a purebred Arabian ancestor
up close in that horse's pedigree.  The cowboy owner/rider has many
names for the horse, most not printable.  The horse can go & go
& go, though, so the guy puts up with the occasional trip through the
