pull codes...

In response to

Stop pointing fingers & keep the codes simple.

All I had done is list some of the suggestions that others have put
up on the pull codes. Actually the suggestions on RO/M had come
from an endurance vet who vets many endurance rides a year.

I don't care one way or another on the pull codes. Just interested
in what people think about the topic.

As far as money on this - i probably spend in excess of 150-200 hours
a year on supporting and trying to grow on-line services for endurance.
All volunteer time on my part and no intent for any future money out of it.
I just think moving the AERC services on-line is important and this is my
way of making this happen.

When Russ Humphrey - the programming side of our team - does a request
from the BOD(voting site or new award) or answers questions on fixing
Sherlock for the AERC office - he should get a fee based on the work he does
for the BOD or office. It is small compared to what he gets for his normal
software work for other companies.

Neither one of us has gotten anything for the 5 years of work we put in
on the on-line calendar, ride results, and point standings - nor have we asked
for anything.

Mike
