I continue to have very good experiences dealing with Roger on his HRM.

Some of the  transmitters have a plastic turn-out cover for the battery
that sometimes breaks and the battery cover lid will not stay on.

Saw Roger today and he just replaced the whole transmitter for me.  His 
customer service is very good.
