bad back

For those of you who have given up riding because of back problems: READ
THIS (and yes I am shouting).

This is my "riding" story.

And for those who asked what are powerful nutritional supplements? The
answer is USANA, and I am "riding" proof!

OK, here's my story:

I started taking USANA products (view USANA at www.usana.com) in 1997
because I was getting one cold after the other and they were starting to
turn into Bronchitis. A friend of mine told me about USANA and I started
taking the Essentials and Proflavanol every day. Loads of good things
started happening. The colds became few and far between - sometimes I
would feel myself getting them and they'd be gone the next morning or
would only last a couple of days instead of a couple of weeks. Then my
PMS symptoms disappeared. Then the amazing thing - my bad back became
controllable. I'd always suffered from a bad lower back - and it had
kept me from riding for a couple of summers. I would strain it and then
when the swelling appeared it would spasm and I'd be flat on my back for
a month. I'd been through painkillers, anti-inflammatories,
chiropractors, back specialists, MRI, CT Scan, physiotherapy, etc. What
I discovered was that by taking a powerful antioxidant I could control
the swelling. Voila - I still have a bad back but if I don't have any
swelling I don't have any pain. YEAH - now I can do 50's again!!!!!

OK, so I have my life back and I'm riding in a 50 in June. Problem - I
forget to take my USANA regime in the morning of the ride (and all day).
Had to walk in the last 4 miles because my calves were too sore to trot
and my back and ribs hurt so bad I couldn't handle a canter. The next
day my calves were bruised - from the inside out!! Got to camp and had
to lie down - just barely managed to get the tack off my horse and throw
some food in front of him. I was a mess.

Somewhere I had read that Calcium and Magnesium are good for muscles, so
I got myself some CalMag (called ActiCal Plus) from USANA and at the
next ride (1 month later) I made sure that I took my essentials in the
morning, as well as 2 Proflavanol and 2 ActiCal. There were 3 vet checks
in the 50 mile ride and I took 2 Proflavanol and 2 ActiCal at each one.
When I finished that 50 (which was a lot tougher than the other one) I
felt great. I felt really pumped and alive - and my horse appreciated
it. So that is my 1-rat study. The reason this works so well is that the
Essentials give me proper nutrition, the Proflavanol controls any
inflammation, and the ActiCal feeds the muscles of what we're robbing
from them (also works well for headaches and migraines).

I've never been (or wanted to be) a salesperson before, but when I
discovered how well these products worked, I became a distributor for
the company. If you're interested in finding out more about them, e-mail
me your phone number and a good time to call and I'll fill you in on
what makes these products great, and how you can try them.
