Some pretty terrible fires in our area have been set by USFS or BLM workers 
as "controlled burns" or whatever--when conditions are so bad that a 
reasonably sensible third grader could have told them it was a bad idea...  
Why is it "ok" when a gov't official is dumb enough to order such a thing??
