IMO, If the vet cleared the horse to go back out, and you decided to pull,
then it probably should be listed as "RO", according to what we have been
discussing.  If Sky was really off on the RF, it would help keep the stats
correct if you voluntarily took a "L", since that is **why** you pulled...
not because you had a migraine (or whatever).

otherwise, I guess that is a whole 'nuther couple of subjects, why the RM
was involved in a vet decision, and why a lame horse was cleared to go back
out on a terribly hard ride with tough terrain.
