I post REAAALLLLY fast!

You sort of get used to it after a while and its not that difficult. I use a
saddle seat saver made out of reactafoam covered with suede which helps.

I two point i.e rise up and stay above the saddle periodically at a tort and
usaully always at a canter but am not a great fan of this due to the
additional pressure it creates in the stirrup bar area. Two pointing works
well at speed down hill though IMHO.
