I've bought saddles, bridles, clothes, and a lot in between over that last
17 years and have always been happy with their service and the quality of
products that they carry.  Sorry you had problems, but I wouldn't slice and
dice a company over one incidence.  Getting annoyed is okay because it's
annoying, but don't blast a company on the internet to hundreds of
people...it may be an very infrequent occurrence and not really deserved.
