Hi Guys~

I spoke to Deena Meyer (ride manager of the famous FEC) yesterday.  Her
computer has been down for the last three weeks and she wanted to apologize
for being out of touch.  

The purpose of my call was to get an update on the condition of the road going
into base camp.  As it has turned out the road condition is no longer an
issue.  The base camp has been change from where it was last year to
"Matthew's Pasture".  They have opened up a second pasture area for camping
and the road in is paved all the way.  So there should be  absolutely no
problems for big rigs getting in and out with ease.

Remember: Entries close on March 1st.  (Post entry late fee is $50 for entries
postmarked after March 1st)
