Re: RideCamp: Reconditioning rider
Hi Stacy!
You don't have much time. At age 66 I had the same
problem....two years ago four laps around the outdoor arena
at a trot was a LONGgggg trip. Just did a 25-mile CTR
in January with no problem.
My solution was to join a local health club. The trainer
set me up with a series of upper and lower body exercises
designed for "horseback riding"
You should work out at LEAST five days a week to get
ready in a month!
Your BIG mistake was getting pregnant <g>! LOL!!!
