Trails Seminar--Massachusetts--Addendum

I should say that the laws that are going to be discussed at this
seminar are going to be highly particular to Massachusetts.  People
from other states would gain value only if they superimpose on
everything they hear qualifications like "such rights can exist--
check to see what equivalents or differences your state laws
provide" or "you could do this too, if you could get a law like
this passed in your state."   It would be useful as a sort of
a blueprint to hand an equine legal practitioner in your own
state to see if they could come up with the a similar seminar,
but tailored to your state's laws and precedents.
