Food



I have had good luck using the canned drinks like Ensure,   Boost,
Sustical, etc.
Easy to handle,  ok cold or not cold,   go down easy, don't seem to just sit
there and slosh around when troting down the trail.   Usually use one
before start and at checks during the day.   At long holds may eat a
sandwich or fruit,  especially bananas.   Have not been so hungry or tired
after rides since I started doing this.  I try to get the kinds with more
nutrients/fiber,  all seem to work ok.
